نحن في إيلاف نحرص على رضا عملائنا وجودة منتجاتنا في كل عبوة عسل نقدمها.
ومع ذلك، ونظرًا لطبيعة منتجاتنا القابلة للأكل (العسل الطبيعي ومشتقاته)، لا نقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بعد استلام الطلب، حفاظًا على سلامة المنتج وصحة عملائنا.

• إذا وصل المنتج تالفًا أو بعبوة مفتوحة أو مكسورة أثناء الشحن.

• في حال تم إرسال منتج مختلف عن الذي تم طلبه.

نؤكد أن جميع منتجاتنا يتم تعبئتها بعناية فائقة وتغليفها لضمان وصولها إليكم بأفضل حالة ممكنة.

At Elaf Natural, we take pride in the quality and safety of every jar of honey we produce.
However, due to the edible and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered, to ensure product integrity and customer health.

🐝 Exceptions for review:

We may replace or refund your order only if:

• The item arrives damaged, broken, or opened during shipping.

• You receive a different product than what was ordered.

If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our phone or email (as listed on our Contact Us page) and include a clear photo of the product and packaging.

We will review the case and issue a replacement if an error was made on our part—at no extra cost to you.

All our products are packed with utmost care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
